5 FOREWORD The dispersal sale at Dunston Dairy Farm arises as a result of Mr Mark and Mr James Holt dissolving their farming partnership to concentrate on other business interests. The directors of Betholt Ltd and J Holt and Son have been farming towards 1500 acres and many will know that the Pedigree Dunston Herd of high production Holsteins have already been dispersed in early March Both partners have already selected various items from the original farming enterprise for their own use and this leaves a catalogue of superb items for genuine dispersal. The stars of the show include the three John Deere tractors in particular the 8310 which has undertaken under 2000 hours and is in superb order. Many of the items in the sale including two of the John Deere tractors have been owned from new. In the cultivation equipment, the Kuhn 3 Metre Combi Drill Unit has undertaken around 400 acres work and is again in superb order. General equipment sees two diet feeders for sale and the Bailey trailers which are both running on Nokian tyres and are again in very good order. As detailed above Dunston Dairy Farm was originally a large dairy unit with additional arable land and there is a massive range of calf tel hutches together with youngstock related sundries for dispersal and purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this excellent event with superb road network access.
