2 GENERAL NOTES Situation The farm is situated opposite the Church in Brackenfield. From the A615 take the Brackenfield turn continue to the end of the road and turn right down through the village, follow the road round past the church and the farm is situated on the left. To the Sale and Car Park signs will be erected on the morning of the sale. Please refer to the location map within the catalogue. Car Park Car Park field is opposite the farm. 3 VAT on Export Goods Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. Therefore, any customers who have no trading pattern record with the auctioneers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums. These are given for Loading It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for the safe loading & transport of all and any purchases.
