2 Auctioneer s Comments Graham Watkins & Co are favoured with instructions from Mr Edward Robinson to conduct a complete dispersal following is decision to cease milk production and to offer the farm for sale. The sale will commence at am with the smaller sundry items proceeding to the implements, trailers, tractors and machinery with the included items being sold last. Directions If travelling from Cellarhead Cross Roads take the A52 towards Stoke on Trent and Newcastle Under Lyme. After 3 miles turn right onto Eaves Lane and then after a further 0.4 miles turn right again to stay on Eaves Lane. Continue on Eaves Lane for a further 1.2 miles, keeping left at any forks in the road and the sale will be found on the left hand side. Adequate To The Sale signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.
