3 GENERAL NOTES Situation The sale at Mugginton lies between Weston Underwood and Mugginton Village and has best access down through Mugginton Village and onto Green Lane. From the A517 Ashbourne to Belper Road at Cross O the Hands pick up the road to Weston Underwood and Mugginton. Continue for approximately 2 miles and before the concrete products factory turn right by the old pub down into Mugginton Village. Continue past the school and the church on the right to the bottom of the village and turn left onto Green Lane. The sale site lies on the left (3 rd field). To the Sale and Car Park signs will be erected on the morning of the sale. Please refer to the location map within the catalogue. Car Park - As sign posted on the sale day. VAT on Export Goods Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. Therefore, any customers who have no trading pattern record with the auctioneers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums. Frank has farmed in the Mugginton area for many decades and been a supporter of the Ferguson and Massey Ferguson brands throughout his farming career. There is a wide range of Massey Tractors together with large array of Massey Ferguson 124 and 128 balers and some excellent trailers. Purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this retirement dispersal.
