3 GENERAL NOTES Situation Bar Lane Industrial Estate lies close to the A610 on the outskirts of Nottingham and has excellent national road network access. From the M1 at Junction 26 pick up the A610 signposted towards Bullwell, Stapleford and Nottingham, at the first main roundabout take the 3 rd exit onto the A610 and pass the Nuttall Inn on the right-hand side. At the main Cinderhill roundabout continue on the A610 towards Nottingham and Arnold and after 600 yards pass the KFC on the right and the Tesco s Express on the left. At the next main lights turn left onto the B6004 for Arnold signposted Basford Hall College. Continue passed the fire station on the left and at the mini roundabout continue straight over (do not go left towards Arnold). Bar Lane lies 600 yards on the right with the entrance to the industrial estate up the lane on the left. To the Sale and Car Park signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.
