3 GENERAL NOTES Situation Calf Heath Farm lies very close to the M6 and A5 and is within 1 mile of Junction 12 M6 interchange. From Penkridge travel south on the A449 and after 1 ½ miles pick up the A5 At Gailey roundabout towards Cannock and the M6. Travel to the M6 Junction and go straight over towards Cannock and Brownhills and after 600 yards take the first right at the traffic lights signposted Four Ashes Industrial Estate into Vicarage Road. Continue 1 mile (passing over the M6) down the straight road with the farm drive lying on the right (just before the 50 miles per hour signs). From the A54 Featherstone and Coven pick up the A449 and travel north towards Penkridge and the A5 interchange. At the second lights by the Four Ashes Public House turn right into Station Drive and continue through the Industrial Estate and under the low railway bridge. Travel over the canal and out of the built-up area with the farm drive lying on the left approximately 100 yards from the canal bridge. SALE GOERS BEWARE! The railway bridge at Four Ashes Industrial Estate is only 12ft x 3 (3.7 metres) and all large vehicles are advised to travel round via Junction 12 and Vicarage Road.
