2 Auctioneer s Comments Graham Watkins & Co are favoured with instructions from Mr Anthony Sheldon to conduct a dispersal sale. The sale will commence at 11am with the smaller sundry items proceeding to the implements, trailers, tractors and machinery, Directions If travelling from Leek take the A53 towards Ashbourne and continue through Bradnop and after a short distance, take the right hand turn towards Basford and Cheddleton, cross the railway line and the sale will be found on the left hand side after approximately 0.5 miles. Adequate To The Sale signs will be erected on the morning of the sale. Parking will be situated a short distance away from the Sale field. 3 Payment Payment is to be made by either cheque or cash, please note that under money laundering regulations, the auctioneers are unable to accept cash in sums greater than 10,000. The Auctioneers may be able to introduce a financial services company to any potential customers should this be required. Persons unknown to the Auctioneers and who pay by cheque will have their goods impounded until their cheques have cleared.
