2 Auctioneer s Comments Graham Watkins & Co are favoured with instructions from Mr Cotterill to conduct a dispersal and collective sale at his small holding on the outskirts of Knutton. The sale will commence at 11am with the smaller sundry items proceeding to the implements, trailers, tractors and machinery, Directions Knutton is located the west side of Newcastle under Lyme. If travelling from Newcastle, follow the B5367 towards Knutton / Alsagers Bank, past Newcastle College on your right. Continue straight ahead over two roundabouts and continue along the road and the sale can be found to your right after approximately half a mile. Adequate To The Sale signs will be erected on the morning of the sale. Parking will be situated a short distance away from the Sale field.
