This addendum shall be read in conjunction with the Specifications prepared for the Town of Drumheller Request for Tender for the purchase of a 2017 Water Truck Where inconsistent with the above, this addendum shall govern. This addendum forms an integral part of the Contract Documents and shall be included therein No consideration shall be allowed for increases (extras) to the CONTRACT PRICE due to failure of the Contractor or Subcontractor not being familiar with this addendum The Bidder shall insert in the Tender Form the number(s) of the addenda received by them during the tendering period and taken into account by them in preparing their tender. 2. TENDER INELIGIBILITY Tenders those are unsigned, incomplete, improperly signed or sealed, conditional. Illegible, obscure, contains arithmetical errors, erasures, alterations or irregularities of any kind may be considered invalid. The lowest, or any evaluated tender, may not necessarily be accepted. The Town of Drumheller reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or to accept the tender evaluated to be in the best interest of the Town of Drumheller. Page 4 of 5
