7 6 SUPEROK nstallation nstructions 1. nstallation 1 inc or 25MM an uner SUPEROK are elivere to te customer reay assemble, finger tigt an reay for immeiate use. isassembling te prouct prior to use can be a cause of leakage or allow contamination to enter te tube fitting. o not use wit poor quality tubing, wic can cause leakage or functional eterioration. SUPEROK are installe in tree easy steps: Step 1 nsert tubing into te SUPEROK tube fitting. Ensure tat te tubing abuts firmly on te souler of te fitting boy an tat te nut is finger tigt.. Step 2 efore tigtening te SUPEROK nut clearly mark te nut at te 6 o clock position. Step1 Step 3 Wile oling fitting boy steay wit a back up wrenc, tigten te nut 11 4 turns to te 9 o clock position. Note: For 1/16, 1/8, an 3/16 in., 2, 3, an 4 mm tube fittings, tigten te nut 3/4 turn to te 3 o clock position. Step2 e SUPEROK ube Fitting is now correctly installe an reay for immeiate use. Step3 o ceck tat te fitting is assemble correctly, use te Superlok gap inspection gauge. ssembly Safety Gauge On initial installation, te SUPEROK gap testing gauge sows tat a fitting as been sufficiently tigtene.
