Late bids will not be accepted. No extension of the bidding period will be made. The City reserves the right to award a bid to multiple bidders when more than one item appears in a bid package. The City of Glasgow Glasgow Police Dept. reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids must be good for 90 days. In compliance with the above, the undersigned offers and agrees, if this bid is accepted within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of opening, to furnish any and all of the items upon which prices are quoted, at the price set opposite each item, delivered at the designated point(s) within the time specified in the schedule. Items on bid are exempt from federal excise tax and Kentucky sales and use tax. Title shall pass to the City upon actual receipt and acceptance of the items. 3 CITY OF GLASGOW-GLASGOW POLICE DEPARTMENT PURCHASE BID SHEET FOR: New 2013 V-6 POLICE PATROL SEDAN This specification covers a 2013 V-6 police patrol sedan which will be procured through a (3) three-year or (4) four year lease/purchase program. Police patrol vehicle shall be equipped with factory installed Basic Police Packages plus any additional items listed below and must be the manufacturer s latest production model. All items that are considered standard but are not specifically mentioned in these specifications are to be included. Cars including all necessary equipment shall be furnished, delivered new, complete and turn-key ready for use. Vehicle shall be comparable with the following basic police package pursuit requirements unless otherwise noted. Bidders shall indicate exactly what they are offering in the following blanks under BIDDER S RESPONSE. Successful bidder will be responsible for delivering the cars to the City of Glasgow-Glasgow Police Department, 201 South Broadway Street, Glasgow, KY with all police equipment installed. Bidders must include a sample copy of the finance documents and provide all payment information. Warranty: Vehicle and all equipment including air conditioning: Fully warranted against defective materials & workmanship For not less than 36 months or 36,000 miles from date SUPPORTING LITERATURE AND WARRANTY INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED WITH BID. CONDITIONS: 1. Equipment shall comply with all EPA emission standards and all motor vehicle safety standards as established by the U.S. Department of Transportation regarding the manufacture of motor vehicles. 2. The successful bidder shall be responsible for delivering vehicles that are properly serviced and in first call operating condition.
