Daniel Beattie, Administrative Lieutenant dbeattie@derrynhpolice.com The Derry Police Department is requesting bids to obtain ten 207 Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles for Police service that must meet the criteria listed below. Bidders should submit three proposals, one for vehicle pricing to include delivery of the vehicles to the after-market equipment outfitter, one for trade in values on 4 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptors, 2 Ford Expedition SSV (Special Service Vehicle), 7 Ford Taurus, and 3 Ford Police Interceptor Utilities currently owned by the Derry Police Department (see attached list), and one for the equipment (see attached list) to include removal from existing vehicles and installation in new vehicles. The cost of the removal and installation of the equipment shall be listed separately from the cost of the equipment. The bid will be awarded to the most responsive performing low bidder unless supporting information presented recommends another bid. The Town of Derry may reject any or all of the bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason as in compliance with Administrative Regulation #5 governing purchasing.
