2 C-VS-1200-INUT (Assembly) Cutout for OEM Aux panel Adaptor plate for 2014 and newer Ford Retail Explorer and Interceptor Utility with 65U interior upgrade Adapts the smaller (2014) OEM aux input panel to fit console forward plate. Adaptor plate with O ring and mount screws included with consoles MFG after 9/1/13. Retrofit / Adaptor kit can be purchased separately if needed. Remove OEM tunnel plate and lower dash trim included with Standard Interceptor Utility or center console included with Optional Interior upgrade. Front of vehicle Front hump bracket CM Carefully place and bolt front hump bracket to floor with previously removed OEM floor bolts. Wire harnesses go on top of bracket. Install module removed from OEM tunnel plate onto the studs of the front hump bracket. Loosely attach rear bracket to floor with supplied 6mm x 20mm Hex bolts and 1/4 flat washers. (10mm socket) This will be C-VS-1200-INUT_INST_4-13 tightened after floor plate rev is installed.

4 Main console housing and rear floor plate. Remove front hump bracket prior to installation. Rear plate comes detached. Attach console housing to front hump bracket with the previously removed 1/4 x 3/4 Hex bolts and flat washers. Attach rear plate to bracket and console housing with four 1/4" x 3/4" Hex bolts and flat washers. Adjust height of the rear plate and bracket and tighten bolts. Run wiring as needed. Note: The console housing and rear plate are designed to have proper clearance above OEM sensor. Temporarily attach side trim to console with 8 x 3/8 Torx screws and drill 1/8 hole into plastic dash panel located behind forward hole. Remove side trim panel and place supplied speed nut onto drilled location. This provides a sturdy mount for trim panel screw. (follow same procedure on both sides)

5 Attach side trim panel to console housing with two (2) 8 x 3/8 Torx screws and one (1) #10 x 3/4 sheet metal screw. Install driver side filler panel the same way as the passenger side. Install OEM Aux panel, Face plates and Filler panels as desired. Note: The rear plate has mount holes for optional pedestal Arm rest.
