Quantities have been updated in the cases where more than one is required for each vehicle. These items have been highlighted for your reference. 2) The cost of installing police vehicle equipment was combined with the equipment cost in the original bid packet. However, it will now be separated. It is understood that some vendors may not quote installation and others may be capable of installing all equipment and therefore desire to quote installation on products they do not supply. The revised price sheet should be submitted with your bid packet. 3) A separate line item has been added for vendors who may offer a discount if they are selected to install all equipment. If equipment requirements change to accommodate a different year model then vendor will supply equipment of same quality with a cost not to exceed cost bid.
