After rder placement SELLER will be als entitled fr prices' change in the case f the wn csts increasing, beeing the price's calculatin basis r ther bjective factrs like e.g. change f currency exchange rate. WARRANTY ENERGOTYTAN is bliged t eliminate eventual prduct(s) default(s) resulting frm defective cnstructin / material defects r replace the prduct(s) fr new ne(s) within 15 wrking days ( if anther cntract des nt prvide therwise). CUSTOMER sends claimed prduct(s) at his charge at the service address indicated by SELLER. ENERGOTYTAN'S respnsibility cncerns nly the defauts annunced within 1 mnth frm prblem detectin and nt later than 1 year frm purchase.
