Develop a network of off-street charging station clusters Allow electric vehicle charging in the right-of-way through Director's Rule. Install 20 DC fast chargers as part of Seattle City Light DCFC pilot project in 2017 and early 2018 Launch City Light residential charging pilot project to install at least 200 EV chargers in customer's homes. Develop EV ready code packages to ensure buildings and parking infrastructure can accommodate electric vehicles Electrify the city's fleet to demonstrate best practices.
