Listed below is a partial schedule for major outages that will affect capacity or that impact major receipt/delivery areas on the Texas Eastern Transmission (TE) system for the 2015 outage season. This schedule is not a complete list of all outages that will occur during the 2015 outage season. Due to unforeseen delays or scheduling conflicts, the dates below are subject to change. As TE continues to plan for the 2015 outage season, updates to the list below will be posted at the earliest known date. If an isolation of Line 16 is required, shippers sourcing gas for delivery points located between Blessing and PEMEX EOL will be required to source their supply from receipt points between Blessing and PEMEX EOL. Additionally, any gas sourced between Blessing and PEMEX EOL for delivery outside of this area may be restricted. Depending on the level of nominated quantities, if further investigations are required, restrictions are possible for interruptible, secondary firm services and primary firm services. Page 3 of 84

4 Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known. TE estimates that the investigations will begin on April 9 continuing through May 29. 5 Hempstead to Huntsville Line 11 (ETX) - Pipeline Maintenance: August To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Program, TE will be conducting further detailed investigations on Line 11 VS3 (a single line system) between Hempstead and Huntsville stations. As a result of these investigations, the following meter will be unavailable for flow: MONTGOMERY GAS TRANSMISSION, INC. - MONTGOMERY CO., TX (DEL TE / SESH Interconnect (Dentville): August TE has been informed by Southeast Supply Header, LLC ("SESH") of the following outage below which will impact receipts and deliveries to/from SESH at the TE / SESH pipeline interconnect MR Southeast Supply Header, LLC (SESH) will be performing construction at the SESH interconnection with Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (Texas Eastern) associated with the expansion approved in FERC Docket No. CP In accordance with the provisions of its FERC Gas Tariff, SESH notifies its shippers that these construction activities will result in a service outage on the SESH system as described below. During a 4 day period beginning on Gas Day August 18, 2015 at 9:00 am and continuing until August 22, 2015 at 9:00 am, service at the Texas Eastern interconnection (MR 83005) will be unavailable for either receipt or delivery point activity. This outage will not result in any service impacts to the pipeline capacity on the SESH system and all other receipt and delivery points will be available for service. Providence to Yazoo Line 26 (ELA) - Pipeline Maintenance: In-Line Tool Dates: Complete Potential Repair Dates: August Potential Run Comparison Repair Dates: September Project, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool runs on Line 26 between Providence and Yazoo stations. 11 Holbrook to Uniontown Lines 10 and 30 - Pipeline Maintenance: September TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance on Lines 10 and 30 between Holbrook and Uniontown compressor stations. Holbrook to Uniontown Line 25 - Pipeline Maintenance: September 23 - October 18 TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance on Line 25 between Holbrook and Uniontown compressor stations. Athens to Berne - Pipeline Maintenance: TBD TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance between Athens and Berne stations. Pleasant to Gladeville Line 25 VS5- DOT Pipe Replacement: 2016 TE will be conducting a DOT pipe replacement between Mt. Pleasant and Gladeville stations on Line 25 VS5. During this work, the following meter will be unavailable for flow: PIEDMONT NATURAL GAS - RUTHERFORD Texas Eastern DOT Pipeline Integrity Project TE will be conducting, as part of its ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, in-line inspection tool runs at various locations throughout the Texas Eastern pipeline system. As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could be identified for an investigation which could lead to possible reduction of capacity.
