Bose Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC Delivery Point Entitlement Filing Docket No. RP09- Ladies and Gentlemen: Pursuant to Section 4 of the Natural Gas Act and Part 154 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission s ( Commission ) Regulations, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC ( Transco ) hereby submits for filing certain revised tariff sheets to its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1 ( Tariff ), which tariff sheets are enumerated in Appendix A attached hereto. The proposed effective date of the tariff sheets is July 30, Statement of Nature, Reasons and Basis The purpose of the instant filing is to update certain Delivery Point Entitlement (DPE) tariff sheets in accordance with the provisions of Section 19 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transco s Tariff. Specifically, the tariff sheets submitted herewith reflect revisions to include changes associated with completed incremental capacity expansions, company name changes, and other miscellaneous adjustments. Appendix B attached herein contains the explanations of the changes on each revised tariff sheet. Proposed Effective Date The revised tariff sheets submitted herein are proposed to be effective on July 30, In the event the tariff sheets are suspended, modified, or accepted subject to conditions, in accordance with Section 154.7(a)(9) of the Commission s regulations, Transco reserves the right to file a later motion to place such tariff sheets into effect at the end of the applicable suspension period.
