Unless otherwise stated, all scheduled dates represent gas days as defined in the Southern Natural Gas Pipeline tariff to mean a period of twenty-four consecutive hours, beginning and ending at 9:00 a.m. (Central Clock Time). Scheduled dates are subject to change. Projects may be added, altered, delayed or cancelled. SNG will provide notice of such additions or changes via Southern s electronic bulletin board postings. Dates as posted on the EBB should be deemed correct in the event of conflicts between the EBB posted dates and dates within this presentation. 4

11 North System remainder of the year 30. Southern will be conducting maintenance pigging on the 2nd North Main line from our McConnells compressor station to the Black Warrior River September 20th and September 21st. Customers may experience lower than normal pressure during the pigging operation. 31. Southern will be conducting maintenance pigging on the 2nd North Main line from the Black Warrior River to our Tarrant compressor station September 27th and September 28th. Customers may experience lower than normal pressure during the pigging operation. 32. Southern will be conducting pipeline maintenance on the North Main line east of our Tarrant compressor station in Alabama. This will take place in October, date TBD. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 33. Southern will be conducting maintenance pigging on our North Main Loop line from our Tarrant Compressor station to our Pell City compressor station the week of October 3rd. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 34. Southern will be conducting pipeline maintenance on the North Main Loop line between our Tarrant compressor station and Trussville gate from October 3rd to October 19th. Posted Segment 130 capacity of 563 Mdth/d could be reduced as much as 44 Mdth/d. We do not anticipate an impact to customers. 35. Southern will be conducting maintenance pigging on the 2nd North Main line from our Louisville compressor station to our McConnells compressor station October 25th and October 27th. Customers may experience lower than normal pressure during the pigging operation. 11

12 North System remainder of the year 36. Southern will be conducting pipeline maintenance on the Chattanooga Branch line in the October/November time frame. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 37. Southern will be conducting pipeline maintenance on the Chattanooga Branch line, Chattanooga Branch Loop line, and the Rome-Calhoun line in the last half of the year. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 38. Southern will be conducting maintenance at CF Industries Nitrogen meter station west of our Pickens compressor station, date TBD. We will be coordinating this with the customer. 39. Southern is conducting pipeline maintenance on the Logansport line east of our Bienville compressor station in Louisiana during the August/September timeframe, dates TBD. Posted Segment 30 capacity of 203 Mdth/d could be reduced as much as 30 Mdth/d. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 40. Southern will be conducting maintenance at the Logansport and Bienville compressor stations in the September to October time frame, date TBD. This will require both stations to be out of service for 8-12 hours. Flows from producers may be affected. 12

13 North System remainder of the year 41. Fall Storage Field Shut-in tests - The Muldon Storage Field shut-in test will begin on Tuesday, October 4th and continue through Monday, October 10th. The Bear Creek Storage Field shut-in test will begin on Tuesday, October 18th and continue through Monday, October 24th. As a result of the shut-in test, Southern will reduce each CSS customer's DIQ and DWQ on a pro-rata basis. Each CSS customer will be allocated thirty- six percent (36%) of its currently effective DIQ and DWQ posted on the EBB during the Muldon shut-in test and sixty-four percent (64%) during the Bear Creek shut-in test. This reduced level is subject to change, if necessary, during the test. Please be aware that this temporary reduction in DIQ and DWQ will affect not only CSS service, but also will affect related injection/withdrawal capacity under no-notice firm transportation (MFN) service 13

Southern will be performing maintenance pigging on the 24 Cypress line from our Brookman compressor station to the end of the line in northern Florida in the fall timeframe, dates TBD. Customers may experience lower than normal pressure during this pigging operation. We will be coordinating this work with the customers. 43. Southern will be conducting pipeline maintenance on the South Main 2nd Loop line at our Selma compressor station in Dallas County, Alabama. Posted Segment 460 capacity of 2271 Mdth/d could be reduced as much as 50 Mdth/d. This will take place in the September/October time frame. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 44. Southern will be conducting pipeline maintenance on our South Main Loop line west of our Gallion compressor station in Alabama in the September/October time frame. Posted Segment 430 capacity of 2281 Mdth/d could be reduced as much as 50 Mdth/d. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 45. Southern will be conducting station upgrades at our Gwinville compressor station in Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi from September 16th to October 16th requiring a station outage. Posted Segment 410 capacity of 1658 Mdth/d could be reduced as much as 270 Mdth/d. As a result, IT and secondary firm service could be impacted depending on firm demand. 46. Southern will be adding horsepower at a new compressor station in Nassau County, Florida in the September time frame. This station will be known as the Hilliard compressor station. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 14

15 South System remainder of the year 47. Southern will be conducting maintenance on a unit at our Auburn compressor station in Macon County, Alabama from September 6th thru September 21st. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 48. Southern will be conducting remediation on Main Line #01 from our South Main line to our Holy Trinity compressor station in Georgia from September 19th to October 15th. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 49. Southern will be conducting pipeline maintenance on our South Georgia Valdosta line 11 in the last half of the year, dates TBD. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 50. Southern will be conducting upgrade work at the Riceboro compressor station in southeastern Georgia from August 20th to October 3rd. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 51. Southern will be conducting maintenance pigging on our South Main 4th loop line between our Elmore and Auburn compressor stations in Alabama on October 8th. Customers may experience lower than normal pressures during the pigging operation. 15

Southern will be conducting maintenance on a unit at our Franklinton compressor station in Washington County, Louisiana September 12th to October 28th. We do not anticipate an impact to customers at this time. 53. Southern will be conducting maintenance at White Castle and Shadyside compressor stations in southern Louisiana, starting September through October. Posted Segment 350 capacity of 701 Mdth/d could be reduced as much as 33 Mdth/d. 16
