12 Plans for the future Maintenance Activities In Spring of 2016, Jefferson County PennDOT joined forces with Clarion County PennDOT, piloting a combined crew (DOT Crew). This DOT Crew allowed us to stretch resources between the two counties allowing both counties to complete all of our normal activities along with paving activities in both counties. Jefferson made a request to Central Office to receive additional funding in our county maintenance budget through the Decade of Investment (DOI) funding. The request was made to address SR This is the county s worst IRI and OPI road in our secondary system that has an average daily traffic of greater then The patch work was completed in the fall of last year. Plans for the DOT Crew this year will be to pave SR 2023 using the approved DOI funds, beginning in April. This road will be paved from Anita to State Route 322 in Brookville.
