1 HYDRAULIC EPM The series of EPM motors have a low speed, high torque capability. Converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy they are used where the power up to 11 kw is needed. These units provide high output torque from relatively small packages. The motors are available in 3 3 displacement from 25,0 cm /rev. to 623,6 cm /rev. with speeds up to 10 RPM. The EPM motors are fixed displacement, gerotor type units that are known for compactness and economy. All EPM motors have built-in check valves assuring pressure on the shaft seal never exeeds pressure levels seen in the return line. 25 HYDRAULIC EPMS The gear set of the EPMS motor is comprised of rotor, stator and rollers. Apart of increasing the motor performance and efficiency, the rollers reduce the friction and therefore increase the life of the motor. 41 HYDRAULIC EPMT The new and more powerful EPMT series hydraulic motors have working displacements from 3 1 to 725 cm /rev. and deliver 40 kw of power. Some of the main characteristics of this type motors is that they have constant working displacement and achieve high torque at low speed. The EPMT motor puts hydraulic power into work which is expressed in the direct relation between flow rate and speed, and pressure and torque. The main part of the EPMT motor is the gear set comprised of; rotor with 8 teeth, stator with 9 teeth and rollers. Apart of increasing the motor performance and efficiency, the rollers reduce the friction and therefore increase the life of the motor. 52 HYDRAULIC EPRM The series of EPRM motors have a low speed, high torque capability. Converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy they are used extensively in the mobile, agriculture and industrial equipment markets. These units provide high output torque from relatively small packages. The motors are available in displacements 3 3 from 51,5 cm /rev. to 397 cm /rev. with speeds up to 0 RPM. The EPRM motors are fixed displacement, geroler type units that are known for dependability and performance. All EPRM motors have built-in check valves assuring pressure on the shaft seal never exceeds pressure levels seen in the return time.
