Agreement details include: Prgress can earn a 70% interest in the prject by funding a US$5 millin (A$6.3 millin) prgram f explratin and evaluatin in three stages: US$1 millin expenditure (minimum expenditure) within 1 year t earn 51%. Additinal US$1.5millin expenditure by the end f the secnd year t increase its equity t 60%. Additinal US$2.5 millin expenditure by the end f the furth year t increase its equity t 70%. Other aspects f the agreement are: The agreement will cmmence n 30 September 2017 subject t cmpliance with ne cnditin precedent viz. Prgress demnstrating that it hlds US$1.5 millin in cash allcated specifically t the Burkina Jint Venture i.e. exclusive f the funds required t meet the PDI-Prgress Cte D Ivire Jint Venture cmmitments and its wn perating expenses. If Prgress decides nt t cntinue spending mney after achieving a 51% equity, it is bliged t ffer its entire interest back t Predictive. If a price cannt be agreed, Predictive has the ptin t dilute Prgress s equity dwn thrugh in-grund expenditure in accrdance with a standard dilutin frmula. Prgress will take respnsibility fr PDI s current Burkina Fas verhead csts. The Jint Venture arrangements will extend t any permits that are granted t either party within an Area f Influence arund the current permits (Figure 1). The Cmpanies jint bjective is t advance PDI s eastern Burkina Fas prspects as quickly as pssible twards a scping study n a multi-pit mining peratin feeding a central mill. Prgress details a Vancuver-based private cmpany with strng mine develpment expertise. Predictive s current JV partner n the Bbss Prject in Cte D Ivire. Mr Paul Rberts, Predictive s Managing Directr said: We are pleased t wrk with Prgress Minerals in Burkina Fas as we have fund them t be a cmmitted, technically cmpetent and very cst-effective partner n ur Bbss Prject. We expect that field wrk in Burkina will cmmence in the next mnth and that drilling will be underway by the end f the December Quarter. This agreement marks anther majr step frward in the implementatin f PDI s Prspect Generatr strategy, which seeks t advance evaluatin f ur large and highly prspective gld explratin grund psitin in West Africa while maintaining substantial equities in the best prjects and minimising cash utlays.

2 EASTERN BURKINA PROJECT BACKGROUND Predictive s current tenement hldings in Burkina Fas are lcated in the east f the cuntry, and cver apprximately 100km f strike length f the Samira Hill greenstne belt in eastern Burkina Fas (Figure 1). This belt hsts the 2.5 millin unce Samira Hill gld depsit acrss the brder in Niger and cntains numerus active artisanal gld mine sites alng its length. PDI currently wns 100%, r has the rights t earn 95% t 100% f all its permits in Burkina Fas. PDI has discvered gld mineralisatin n multiple prspects in Eastern Burkina Fas area (Figure 1). The grey plygns are lder permits als held by Predictive Bngu Area (Bngu and Tambifwanu Permits Figure 1) In recent years, PDI s fcus in Burkina Fas has been n the high-grade Bngu gld discvery (100% PDI, Figures 2 and 3) and the immediate surrunding area. Infrmatin abut key prspects in this area fllws. Mineral Resurce Estimate Bngu In September 2014, a frmal Mineral Resurce Estimate n Bngu resulted in 184,000z f gld in the Inferred and Indicated Mineral Resurce categries with an average grade f 2.6g/t Au, 2

3 including 136,000z at 3.8g/t Au (ASX release dated 4 September, 2014). Assay data reprted in PDI s ASX releases dated 2 nd December 2013, 16 th December 2013, 20 th March 2014 and 1 st April The Mineral Resurce was undertaken by Glder Assciates, an internatinally recgnised mining cnsultancy. Highlights f the included: The Bngu depsit is intrinsically high grade, because: 3

4 There is very little difference in cntained unces between the 0.4g/t Au cut-ff and the 0.8g/t Au cut-ff grades, and Over 70% f the resurce unces are retained when the cut-ff grade is raised frm 0.8g/t Au t 2.0g/t Au, with a high average grade f 3.75g/t Au. The bulk f the d resurces are cntained in ne mineralised granite bdy, which is thick in the near surface and appears t taper t the east. The shape f the mineralisatin lends itself t a simple pen pit mining peratin, with highgrade mineralisatin in the near surface psitin, which wuld suggest the pssibility f early strng cash flw in a future mining peratin. Gld grades are assciated with pyrite-bearing altered granite, which is very visibly distinct frm the adjacent lw grade gabbr, suggesting that dilutin can be minimised quite easily by standard grade cntrl practice. Previusly reprted metallurgical wrk n a cmpsite sample f primary gld mineralisatin frm Bngu gave a 94% gld recvery frm a standard 75 micrn grind, 72 hur cyanidatin test (ASX release dated 14th May ) suggesting that gld recveries frm mining this depsit wuld be very high. Explratin Target Near Bngu The Cmpany als calculated an Explratin Target n drilled prspects exclusive f but within 10km f the Bngu gld depsit (ASX release dated 3/9/15). 5 The calculatin was restricted t prspects fr which there is gd evidence f mineralisatin rientatin and cntinuity. Mst f these prspects are pen alng strike and at depth. Sme ther islated gld intercepts within 10km f Bngu were excluded, s there is significant ptential t expand the Explratin Target further within range f PDI s wn drilling. Additinally, PDI s extensive grund hldings in Eastern Burkina Fas hld ther significant prspects fr which Explratin Targets culd be calculated. Data and parameters used in calculating this Explratin Target were as fllws: Data: Parameters: Gld intercepts frm 291 reverse circulatin hles, 4 air cre hles and 5 diamnd drill hles 2 were used in the calculatin. The largest cmpnent f the Explratin Target was derived frm the Dave Prspect where multiple mineralisatin znes have been intersected ver a strike length f 3km (Figure 4). 7 Additinal Ptential Mst f the znes f gld mineralisatin included in the Explratin Target are pen at depth and alng strike. In additin, there are a series f ther mineralised intercepts within the immediate Bngu area which have ptential fr resurce discvery either alng strike r at depth. Other Prspects Tambiri and Slna Prspects (Tambiri Permit Figure 1) Tambiri Prspect Gld mineralisatin at Tambiri cnsists f multiple quartz veins within a steeply dipping sheared zne in steeply dipping altered mafic vlcanics. Higher grade gld values are assciated with base metal sulphides (sphalerite, galena and chalcpyrite). Mineralisatin cntinuity is generally gd (Figure 5). 8 Slna Prspect Gld mineralisatin at Slna cnsists f a series f shallwly plunging high grade shts within mderately suth dipping shear znes thrugh a grandirite. Results were released t the ASX in Quarterly Reprts f June 2011, December 2011, March 2012, June 2012, March This infrmatin was prepared and first disclsed under the JORC Cde It has nt been updated since t cmply with the JORC Cde 2012 n the basis that the infrmatin has nt materially changed since it was last reprted Bira Permit (Figure 1) The area was explred by Angl American thrugh its subsidiary Anmercsa in the late 1990 s. PDI hlds a database f Anmercsa infrmatin including sil gechemistry and RC drill data frm the Bira permit. The RC drill data includes a series f very encuraging gld intersectins (Figures 7 and 8). While PDI des nt have access t the quality cntrl data and the riginal labratry assay files, it has verified the lcatin f sme f the drill hles n the grund. Gld mineralisatin was intersected in a series f hles extending ver mre than 1km f strike. Sme f the best intercepts (e.g. 14.5m at 3.1g/t Au and 13m at 2.5g/t Au) were btained frm multiple, clsely spaced re znes in a series f shallw angled hles in tw lines in the HL10 series f hles (Figures 7 and 8) which were drilled t depths f 15 t 30m. 8

9 The cnsistency f reprted intercepts bth frm sectin t sectin and dwn-dip frm hle t hle in the suthern part f the drilled area suggests gd cntinuity, which, if cnfirmed by future drilling, will be imprtant fr the future resurce inventry. 10 NEXT STEPS Predictive and Prgress technical persnnel will visit the prject area in the next tw weeks, prir t finalising detailed explratin plans. Explratin wrk will fllw shrtly thereafter, and the cmmencement f drilling is planned by the end f the December Quarter.
