The Twin Bnanza Gld Camp with its multiple targets has bth high-grade gld depsits and prphyry style (bulk tnnage) depsits. During the Quarter, drill results cntinued t cnfirm multiple mineralised znes at Twin Bnanza including extensins t the Buccaneer Prphyry Gld Depsit. ABM is the largest explratin license hlder in the Tanami Arunta regins f the Nrthern Territry. The Cmpany firmly believes that the regin is capable f further wrldclass gld discveries. Lcatin Map / Prject Map f ABM s Prjects. Twin Bnanza Gld Camp The Twin Bnanza Gld Camp cntains mre than thirty targets, including the Buccaneer Prphyry Gld Depsit and the Old Pirate Gld Prspect. Twin Bnanza is centred apprximately 22 kilmetres suth f the Tanami Rad and 14 kilmetres east f the Western Australia Nrthern Territry brder. The Prject spans the highly prspective Trans Tanami Structure an inferred reginal / tectnic gelgical feature which hsts numerus gld depsits including Newmnt s multi-millin unce Callie Gld Mine. 3

Buccaneer Prphyry Gld Prspect The Twin Bnanza Gld Camp includes the 1.67Mz Gld Buccaneer Prphyry Depsit (resurce estimatin update wrk underway). The mineralisatin extends frm near surface t depths greater than 390 metres and is pen in several directins. The current Inferred Resurce estimate des nt yet include any f the peripheral targets, such as the Old Pirate High Grade Prspect, Caribbean Zne, Empress Zne and Cypress Prspect. Details f the previus resurce estimatin are shwn in Table 1 belw (fr full details refer t annuncement 21 st Feb 2011) and resurce estimatin update wrk has cmmenced and is expected t be released in mid April. 5 Buccaneer Prphyry Gld Depsit During the Quarter ABM received drill results fr the Buccaneer Prphyry Gld Depsit including: Diamnd Cre hle BCRD testing the suth western extensins f the Buccaneer Prphyry which intersected: 435 metres averaging 0.69g/t gld (0.2g/t cut-ff) r 203 metres averaging 1.07g/t gld (0.2g/t cut-ff) including: 41 metres averaging 3.54g/t gld (0.5g/t cut-ff) including: 6 metres averaging 19.84g/t gld (1.1.g/t cut-ff). 6 Diamnd Cre hle BCRD testing the western margin at Buccaneer: 174 metres averaging 0.97g/t gld (0.2g/t cut-ff) including: 32 metres averaging 1.19g/t gld (0.5g/t cut-ff) 31 metres averaging 3.37g/t gld (0.5g/t cut-ff) including: 19 metres averaging 5.08g/t gld (1.1g/t cut-ff). The Buccaneer Prphyry Gld Depsit is hsted in a prphyritic syen-mnznite (a rck similar t granite). Gld is hsted in quartz veins and fractures. The higher grade znes are currently inferred t dip gently t the nrth-east and/r are steeper dipping nrth-suth striking znes. Detailed gelgical wrk is still nging and this mdel may change. The Buccaneer Prphyry is the nly granitic intrusive-hsted gld depsit identified t date in the Tanami regin. Other depsits such as the Callie, Cyte and the Central Tanami mines are hsted primarily in quartz veins within metamrphsed sedimentary and mafic igneus rcks. Extensins f the Buccaneer Prphyry Gld Depsit / Eastern Cntact, Caribbean and Cypress Znes During the Quarter ABM received results fr the Caribbean and Cypress zne extensins and the Eastern Cntact zne extensin t the Buccaneer Prphyry Gld Depsit. New drill results include: Hle BCRC testing the Cypress Zne discvery returned: 87 metres averaging 1.13g/t gld (0.2g/t cut-ff) including: 29 metres averaging 2.45g/t gld (0.5g/t cut-ff) including: 8 metres averaging 7.43g/t gld (1.1g/t cut-ff). Hle BCRD testing the Caribbean Zne discvery returned: 22 metres averaging 3.95g/t gld (0.2g/t cut-ff) including: 12 metres averaging 5.98g/t gld (1.1g/t cut-ff). RC drill results extended the Eastern Cntact Zne t a ftprint f 500 metres x 200 metres with results including: Hle BCRC100078: 62 metres averaging 1.23g/t gld (0.2g/t cut-ff) including: 54 metres averaging 1.39g/t gld (0.5g/t cut-ff) including: Hle BCRC100080: 15 metres averaging 2.11g/t gld (1.1g/t cut-ff). 214 metres averaging 0.30g/t gld (0.2g/t cut-ff) including: 32 metres averaging 0.63g/t gld (0.5g/t cut-ff). 6

8 Old Pirate Gld Prspect (High Grade) The Old Pirate High Grade Gld Prspect is a 4 kilmetre lng gld anmaly lcated apprximately 1,800 metres frm the Buccaneer Prphyry Gld Prspect. Old Pirate cnsists f utcrpping gld bearing quartz veins hsted by flded sandstnes and shales, with the quartz veins preferentially develped in the thicker shale units. Multiple veins have been mapped cvering an verall area f 600 metres by 250 metres and range frm 30 cm t several metres in width. Drill results indicate gld extends frm surface t a depth f at least 200 metres. Gld is very carse and can be extremely high grade in the veins as indicated by sme rck chip samples grading greater than 2000g/t gld (refer release 8 July 2010). During the Quarter ABM received the remaining results f the 2011 bulk-lngitudinal trenching prgram. This prgram is designed t map the distributin f gld within the veins and t imprve estimatin f average grade and the statistics f grade distributin within the veins (refer Figure 6 and Figure 7). The prgram has returned: Cmbined Phase 1, 2a, 2b, 3 and 4 shw verall results f (annuncements 13/10/11, 29/11/2011, 22/12/2011, 05/01/2012 and 08/02/2012): 2,790 kilgrams f surface quartz vein material sampled with a cmbined ttal strike length f 726 metres and a weighted average f 24.01g/t gld square metres f quartz veins were expsed indicating average vein width f 1.2 metres. 11 On 20 January 2012 ABM and Tanami Gld NL annunced a Memrandum f Understanding t cllabrate in an investigatin f prcessing high grade gld bearing quartz veins frm ABM Resurces' Old Pirate Prspect at Tanami Gld's Cyte Gld Mine lcated 45 km apart. The Memrandum f Understanding (MU) is a cmmitment by bth Cmpanies t wrk cllabratively in assessing the ecnmic ptential f prcessing material frm the Old Pirate Gld Prspect at the Cyte Gld Mine. If the preliminary investigatins and future studies, including feasibility studies, are successful, the parties have agreed t negtiate in gd faith fr a definitive agreement which will be fr the mutual ecnmic benefit f bth parties. Old Pirate is lcated n an Explratin License, and a Mineral Lease will need t be granted befre mining can cmmence. ABM is yet t establish a mineral resurce r reserve at Old Pirate as a basis fr studies relating t ecnmic extractin. Initial resurce estimatin wrk is intended t be cmpleted in April Figure 8. 12 Hyperin Gld Prject The Hyperin Gld Prject is 100% wned by ABM and is lcated 18 kilmetres nrthnrtheast f the Grundrush Gld Depsit (Tanami Gld NL). The Hyperin Gld Prject cnsists f a cmpsite 2 kilmetre by 500 metre gld anmaly defined by ver 300 shallw rtary air blast (RAB) hles. Gld mineralisatin at Hyperin is principally hsted in structurally cntrlled quartz-carbnate veins assciated with felsic dykes and dlerite within a sedimentary rck sequence.
