Supply is connected at either a single or dual head / tail set.* Two common exhaust galleries are provided. onnections to outlet ports #2 and #4 on each valve can be accomplished by threaded pipe or instant tube fittings. lectrical connection is made to each solenoid utilizing a 5mm, 3-Pin connector plug ( & ). ach manifold assembly can handle any combination of the following valve types: Single Solenoid Single Remote Pilot ouble Solenoid ouble Remote Pilot Two valve sizes can be combined in one manifold using a transition kit. * or simultaneous operation of more than 5 valves, a dual head / tail set is recommended. 4 Moduflex atalog 0600P- Mounting Options Mounting on 35mm IN Rail Valve manifolds mount quickly and easily to 35mm IN rail with the use of a pneumatic head / tail set. The dual head / tail set provides input and exhaust ports at both ends and is recommended if more than 5 valves are to be operated simultaneously. Surface Mounting Manifolds may be surface mounted by removing the 35mm IN mounting hardware on the pneumatic head / tail set. Removal or Replacement Modules are removed in reverse of the order shown at right. efore removing a module for service or replacement, loosen the pneumatic tail piece.
