Intrductin: The City f Avndale wuld like t purchase sftware, equipment and implementatin services necessary fr the recnstructin f vehicular accident and ther crime scenes. This equipment and sftware will be utilized by the Avndale Plice Department fr critical analysis. SPECIFICATIONS FOR REFLECTORLESS ELECTRONIC TOTAL STATION EQUIPMENT, CRIME RECONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE The purpse f these specificatins is t establish minimum requirements fr Reflectrless Electrnic Ttal Statin equipment and crime recnstructin sftware used in the recnstructin f crash and crime scenes. The hardware specificatins must meet r Exceed specificatins fr a Skkia 530R3 ttal statin and Data Cllectr TDS Recn 400X r equivalent. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS Brand and Cmpatibility All electrnic sftware cmpnents shall be Skkia r Skkia cmpatible t ensure cmpatibility with desired equipment and all accessries f existing equipment. Maintenance - Shall include an annual maintenance cntract Updates WARRANTY Fr every unit rdered, the vendr shall include: Maintenance Manual(s) ne (1) fr every unit rdered. Operatr Manual(s) ne (1) fr every unit rdered. A training vucher t a certified training curse (min. f 2 students) All updates fr firmware and sftware will be included at n charge, prviding the maintenance fees are paid and current. N All sftware will be warranted t be free f defects fr the perid f the hardware warranty. All available updates t prgramming sftware, Data Cllectr alng with firmware updates fr the Skkia 530R3, and Data Cllectr TDS Recn 400X shall be prvided at n cst during the warranty perid. A price shall be prvided shwing any sftware subscriptin and/r annual maintenance fees that are expected after the end f the warranty perid. The vendr shall be respnsible fr all shipping and handling csts while warranty r maintenance cntracts are in effect.
