1 Temprary Use and Vendr Stand Online Permit Submittal A Temprary Use Permit is an pen-air small business that is there fr a limited time fr the uses listed belw. Temprary Use Duratin Extensin Agricultural Prducts 90 days N Carnivals, circuses and festivals 10 days N Christmas tree lts 30 days 15 days Farmers market 120 days 30 days Firewrks stands 30 days N Flea markets 60 days N Prmtinal events 30 days 15 days The applicant may apply fr an extensin in accrdance with the chart abve. Once the permit has expired the applicant may nt apply again until January 1 st the fllwing year. A Vendr Stand Permit allws an pen-air use that is perated year rund which may be renewed annually and is limited t vendrs wh sell: Prepared fd and beverages Agricultural prducts such as prduce r hay Vendr stands must be less than 1000 square feet in size and maintain 25 feet in distance between uses. Stands must leave the prperty each day by 10:00 p.m. and may nt be returned until 5:00 a.m. the fllwing day excluding weekends (defined as 10:00 p.m. n Friday thrugh 5:00 a.m. the fllwing Mnday and natinal hlidays). The review prcess requires 15 business days and will nt begin until all f the dcuments have been upladed.

Twn f Parker Business License Tri-Cunty Health permit Fire and Rescue Department tent permits Any ther state r lcal permits required Once yu have gathered the required dcuments please prceed t the nline permit submittal system. If yu are a cntractr and d nt have an accunt set up fr TRAKiT please call (303) fr assistance. If yu are a business wner please click n Setup an Accunt and create a username and passwrd. Verify applicant infrmatin is crrect then scrll dwn and click n next step again. Verify permit infrmatin and dates are crrect then click n next step nce again t submit the permit. Click n My Dashbard at the tp left f the screen and the permit will shw up under active permits. The permit will nw be reviewed by Twn staff and yu will receive an when the permit has been apprved. Once yu receive the please lg back in t TRAKiT and pay fr yur permit.
