8 Warranty Subject t the fllwing cnditins, Traffic Lgix Crpratin ( Traffic Lgix ) warrants that the SafePace 400 Speed sign sld by it (the Prduct ) is free frm defects in materials and wrkmanship with nrmal use and service. This limited warranty extends fr TWO (2) calendar year beginning n the invice date f the Prduct n the radar sign and TEN (10) years n the LEDs. This limited warranty extends nly t the riginal purchaser f the Prduct when purchased either directly thrugh Traffic Lgix r thrugh an authrized Traffic Lgix distributr and is nt assignable r transferable t any subsequent purchaser r end-user. Traffic Lgix s bligatin and liability under this warranty are expressly limited t repairing r replacing, at Traffic Lgix s ptin, defective prducts. In n circumstances shall Traffic Lgix s liability, whether in cntract r trt, under any warranty, in negligence, r therwise, exceed the amunt f the purchase price f the prduct. Traffic Lgix shall nt be liable fr special, indirect, r cnsequential damages f any kind. This warranty des nt cver damages resulting frm nrmal wear and tear, incrrect installatin r peratin, use ther than fr the prduct s intended purpses, vandalism, and extrardinary envirnmental circumstances. Traffic Lgix reserves the right t charge fr these damages t the prduct at rates nrmally charged fr repairing such prducts nt cvered under this warranty. Damages resulting frm any physical changes r alteratins made t the prduct ther than Traffic Lgix will render this warranty VOID. Using any parts r accessries nt supplied r apprved by Traffic Lgix, such as battery chargers, will further render the warranty VOID. Traffic Lgix neither assumes, nr authrizes any persn t assume fr it, any ther liability in cnnectin with the sale f the Prduct, and there are n agreements r warranties cllateral t r affecting this limited warranty. THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT IS THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS PURCHASE. If the prduct is defective, then yu will need t submit yur cntact infrmatin, and prf f purchase (including the date r purchase), in rder t btain repair r replacement parts. 3) The Custmer Service Agent will prvide yu with instructins n hw t have defective parts repaired r replaced.
