Anchrage and Supprt Every temprary sign suspended between tw permanent supprts r hung n a wall shall be securely fastened with wire r steel cable s as t prevent any pssibility f danger t public safety. N strings, rpes, r wd slats may be used fr sign supprt purpses. Every temprary sign shall be anchred and supprted in a manner which reasnably prevents the pssibility f the sign becming a hazard t the public health and safety. The anchring r supprt shall be apprpriate t the duratin f the sign permit. The Cmmissiner s judgment shall gvern all anchrage and supprt situatins n temprary signs. Windw Signs Area The sign area f any ne sign shall nt cver mre than thirty-three percent (33%) f the windw r glass dr upn which it is applied. All signs, including exempt signs, in ne windw shall be deemed t be ne sign fr the purpses f this paragraph. Materials All permanent windw signs shall be painted, metal leafed, r in sme ther manner permanently applied t either side f the glass f an exterir building windw r dr.
