2 CJ-7 YJ FRONT KITS: BRCYJ76F Jeep Wragler BedRug Iterior Istallatio Istructios Cogratulatios o choosig the fiest iterior floorig kit available for your Jeep. The BedRug material is mold ad mildew resistat, easily cleaed with water & household cleaig chemicals ad extremely resistat to most chemicals. Kit Cotets: Driver side frot floor, passeger side frot floor, rear passeger floor, tras hump piece, side pael right ad left, A-pillar right ad left, heat shield material, hardware kit, ad istructio sheet. Tools eeded: Phillips screwdriver, utility kife, soap, water, ad rubbig alcohol. Preparatio 1. Read all istructios before begiig istallatio. 2. Remove cosole ad old Jeep floorig material (if equipped). 3. Wash ad dry the floor pa areas thoroughly. 4. Cut the hook with tape backig, provided i the hardware kit, to the legths idicated o drawig (page 5). Place the loop oto each locatio. Do ot remove the tape backig at this time. (Note: Cut the logest pieces first.) 5. Pre-istall provided heat shields o uderside of the three frot pieces i areas show below, usig the locator marks. (Fig. 1 thru 3) NOTE: See drawig (Page 5) for tras hump shield placemet. IMPORTANT: Jeep floor should be at least 68 F (20 C) for maximum adhesio. Clea all areas with rubbig alcohol before applyig tape. Whe removig backig, do ot touch adhesive. If both frot ad rear kits were purchased be sure to istall the rear cargo area first. (Fig. 4 ad Fig. 5) 7. Cut slits for the floor mouted seat belts to pass thru usig idicator lies o the uderside of the rear floor piece, ad push seat belts thru as show. If equipped with factory plastic seat belt covers, cut holes to accomodate. (Fig. 6 ad Fig. 7) Figure 4: Figure 5: Figure 6: Figure 7: 8. Next pull back the floor piece to access the hook fasteer. (Fig. 8) Clea surface with alcohol the remove the film backig from both pieces ad roll the floor back ito place. (Fig. 10) 10. Oce properly aliged, pull back part to access the hook fasteer (Fig. 11). Clea surface with alcohol the remove the film backig ad roll the part back ito place. Firmly press the top surface to esure adhesive attachmet. Repeat for other frot floor piece. Figure 10: Figure 11: 11. Next istall the tras hump piece. Cut slits to fit piece over floor shifters as show. (Fig. 12) Oce surface is clea, start o oe side ad remove film backig ad fit ito place esurig that the tras hump piece fits agaist the floor piece without a gap. (Fig. 13) The repeat for other side. Fit driver side wheel well piece ito place (Fig. 1), markigs o back of part idicate where to make cuts for roll bar, ad rear seat bracket (if equipped). Be sure to cut oly markigs ecessary for your Jeep. (See drawig o page 5). 6. Start at the rear of vehicle, makig sure to lie up bottom edge to the floor ad back edge tight to the rear flage. (Fig. 2 ad Fig. 3) Clea surface with alcohol the remove the film backig ad roll the part back ito place. Firmly press the top surface to esure adhesive attachmet. 7. If your wheel well piece has fasteer alog the top edge, pull dow the top of the wheel well piece to access the hook fasteer. Clea the surface with alcohol the remove the film backig ad roll the part back ito place. Firmly press the top surface to esure adhesive attachmet. Figure 1: Figure 2:

(Fig. 4) Note: Depedig o your roll bar moutig locatio, use the idicator marks o the back of the wheel well piece as a guide to make cuts for the seat belt mouts as well as flage ad roll bar cutouts. (Fig. 5 ad Fig. 6) 9. Repeat steps 5 thru 8 for the passeger side wheel well. Figure 5: Figure 6: Istallig Cargo Area Floor Note: For jeeps with a rear seat, trimmig will be ecessary to fit aroud seat mout ad seat belt attachmet poits. There are score lies o the back of the part to use as a guide. 10. With the rear seat removed, place the floor piece ito positio. Cut holes i floor piece if rear seat ad seat belts are preset, usig marks o back of part as a guide. (Fig. 7 ad Fig. 8) Lift the floor piece ad pull the seat belts thru the holes. 11. Now pull up floor piece at the frot side to access the hook fasteer. Clea surface with alcohol the remove the film backig from all of the locatios behid the rear seat ad roll the floor back ito place. Firmly press the top surface to esure adhesive attachmet. (Fig. 11) Note: Adjustmets ca be made after part is istalled for proper fit. Simply remove the piece that eeds adjustig, the hook fasteer will stay i place o jeep, the reistall as ecessary.
