4 QUALITY IS OUR STRENGTH We develo and roduce all our roducts in-house. This enables us to maintain comlete rocess control and ensure a consistently high quality. In our factories at the headquarters in Tönning, roughly 170 emloyees manufacture safety for the world's roads. Steel and lastic elements come from our own roduction facilities and are exertly assembled after extensive testing. Any arts we urchase are also subject to strict testing. And before a roduct with a mechanical or electronic function leaves our factory, our secialists review it thoroughly. After that it continues to go all over the world with a owerful distribution fleet. We owe this uncomromising quality to our self-image and the resonsibility we take for road safety. Nearly all of our roducts in this category are develoed and classified according to this standard. Tested quality This seal is awarded to our roducts, which are develoed in accordance with existing standards and which meet high technical standards. These ensure otimum recognition, even in the dark. These foils differ when it comes to the following roerties: Tye A (RA 1) Microglass beads incororated into the carrier material yield a flat reflector foil without a honeycomb structure. Tye B (RA 2) Microglass beads are encasulated between the carrier material and the transarent cover material for an otically recognizable honeycomb structure. Tye C (RA 3) Microrisms embossed into the carrier material emit the light like a retro-reflector and are suorted by a honeycomb structure.
