Notching Process Milestones 1995 Due to increasing customer requirements for throughut and efficiency in battery roduction, in 1995 Manz Italy (reviously Arcotronics) develoed the notching rocess. The rocess established itself as a standard in the following years and now is used worldwide by all battery manufacturers Through the systematic further develoment and imlementation of new technologies, by 2005 Manz Italy had doubled its throughut and web seed.
