A single comact design utilizing identical body and end cas for both double acting and sring return models. This feature reduces inventory and allows field conversion, by adding or removing modular sring cartridges.. Full conformance to following latest secifications: ISO 5, DIN 7 and VDI/VDE 45 for roduct interchangeability and easy mounting of solenoids, limit switches and other accessories.. Jflow iston rack and inion design for comact construction, symmetric mounting osition, high-cycle life and fast oeration. Reverse rotation can be accomlished in the field by simly inverting the istons. 4. Two indeendent external travel sto adjustments ermit easy and recise adjustment of +/- 5 in both directions. This adjustment may be made in either the oen or closed osition and rovides for accurate valve alignment. 5. Multile bearings and guides on istons and racks for recise oeration, low friction, high cycle life and a blowout roof inion shaft. 6. Electroless nickel-lated blowout resistant, bearing guided, one-iece inion shaft for imroved safety and maximum cycle life. 7. High recision teeth on iston racks and inion shaft for accurate ositioning, low backlash, and maximum engagement resulting in overall efficient oeration.. Extruded aluminum body with both internal and external corrosion rotections with a honed cylinder surface for longer life and a lower coefficient of friction Modular reloaded sring cartridges designed with coated srings for simle range versatility, greater safety and corrosion resistance. 0. Selected high quality bearings and seals that rovide a wide oerating temerature range, low friction, and high cycle life.. Internal and external stainless steel fasteners for long term corrosion resistance.. RANGE OF OPTIONS, QUALITY MANUFACTURING, AND ACCESSORIES RANGE OF OPTIONS A. 04 or 6 drive shafts are available on request. B. For extremely high or low temerature alications, all models may be equied with Viton or Silicon O rings along with a certified suitable lubricant. C. Other than the standard double square bottom drive shaft connection, we can suly a keyed drive connection, a flat head connection or a secial ersonalized drive connection. QUALITY MANAGEMENT Production conforms to ISO900. Each individual actuator has been factory insected and tested and given a serial number for full traceability. Each individual actuator is individually acked in a secial cardboard carton for rotection,with a roduct descrition label for easy identification and includes installation,oeration and maintenance instructions.
