Fittings, Inc. was founded in 1983 in Fort Worth, Texas. t that time the primary products were (and still remain today) stainless steel fittings for the beverage industry. In 1991, we also began manufacturing cold plates, which are the preferred solution for cooling dispensed beverages in the US. In 2009, we started distributing products in Europe to better serve that market. Fittings, Inc. is a privately-held company. The majority of our products are manufactured in our Fort Worth facility. However, the company has adapted over time to changing business conditions, and sources products wherever it makes the most sense. Here at Fittings, Inc. we understand if we don t provide great customer service, someone else will. We also understand we are part of a global community, so the way we treat our employees and the environment is as equally important as revenue. Fittings made of stainless steel are durable, reusable and perform better over time than plastic fittings, which can deteriorate and leak. Our fittings are precision-tooled for consistently clean welds and sharp barbs, ensuring a tight fit without leakage under pressure. Type 303 is certified to either STM 581/582 or MS Type 304 is certified to MS 5639 or STM 479. In cases where tubing is used, it is 304 stainless steel certified to STM 269. ll of the stainless steel that enters our plant is certified by the steel mill from which we purchase. opies of these certifications will be furnished upon request. Our fittings are periodically tested for sulfur and leachable iron content by an independent, bonded testing laboratory. Reports on the test will be furnished upon request. ll stainless steel fittings are passivated per STM 967 to meet the standards of major food and beverage companies. ll fittings are made of stainless steel except for nickelplated brass nuts and brass check valves. WE STTEMENT OF WRRNTY ll beverage fittings manufactured and/or sold by Fittings, Inc. are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year. Our warranty is limited to replacing parts. We maintain the right to inspect the product to determine if it is, in our opinion, defective. Fittings Inc. supports worldwide concerns that metals mined in the conflict areas of the emocratic Republic of the ongo (R) may be making their way into the supply chain. Each diagram has several letters on it that correspond to the relevant table s column headers wherein you will find the measurements for a particular part number. ll barbs are listed in inches and millimeters. The inch measurement represents the I of the tubing for which the barb is designed to work.
