2 C Y-Cable Overview The C Y-Cable is Rhythm Engineering s custom connection between a 70/2070 traffic controller and the InSync Processor. Using the C Y-Cable makes for fast, easy, error-free installation and allows you to integrate your existing detectors with the InSync system.
