Rising stem/barstock body design. etal-to-metal seating achieves bubble-tight shut-off, longer stem/seat life in abrasive flow, greater durability for repeated on/off cycles and excellent corrosion resistance. or dependable stem and body sealing 30S and 30V valves are furnished with PT (Teflon) encapsulated packing; the 40V and 60V valves feature nylon/leather packing below threads. sleeve and packing gland materials have been selected to achieve extended thread cycle life and reduced handle torque. hoice of Vee or Regulating stem tips. Series 00V: Pressures to 00,000 psi (6895 bar) features: old-worked type 36 stainless steel body with aluminum bronze packing gland and non-rotating stem. ylon and leather packing below stem threads. Series 50V: Pressures to 50,000 psi (0342 bar) features: ylindrical body of high strength alloy steel with stainless steel packing gland. Vee stem tip only utoclave valves are complemented by a complete line of high pressure fittings and tubing.
