Use these directins t get t the Plan Twn Center and park in the deck adjacent t the building: Frm 121 Nrth, take the Prestn Rad exit. At bttm f ramp, turn right at the light nt Prestn Rad and stay in the right lane. At the next traffic light, turn right nt Headquarters and immediately get int the left lane.
