2 Page: 2 f 8 1. Purpse 1. T prvide a prcedure fr authrisatin and mnitring f all vehicles accessing the site that is cvered under the light vehicle access plicy. 2. T cntrl the number f vehicles that can access the site fr safety purpses and restrict access t certain areas f the plant. 2. Scpe This prcedure will frm part f the Tmag Aluminium Cmpany Cntractr Management Plicy. This plicy will als apply t delivery vehicles, TAC vehicles and emplyees wh need t bring vehicles n site. This cvers vehicles accessing the site via the main and nrth gates. 3. Definitins Site: Prductin Areas: ID card: Cntractr: Visitr / Delivery Driver: TAC Vehicle Access: Licence Cnfirmatin: TAC Access Card: Means the area in which Tmag Aluminum Cmpany is situated and within its bundaries and fences. This des nt include access int prductin arrears. All areas n site, that have area specific inductin requirements. Access int prductin areas requires the relevant authrizatin by relevant BUL and is t be cvered in the permit t wrk system fr that area. Means the standard Tmag swipe card that prvides access t the Site, which may be activated fr specific times. Means any cmpany, partnership, business, trust r persn wh is engaged t perfrm wrk r is authrized t cme n t the Site. It includes the Cntractr s emplyees, suppliers, sub-cntractrs and their emplyees, agents and any ther persns under the Cntractr s cntrl. Means any persn entering r accessing the Site fr purpses ther than perfrming wrk n Site. Means the apprval prcess fr vehicular access n site at Tmag Aluminium Cmpany. The emplyee s passprt is stamped with a Licence Cnfirmatin Stamp t ensure that the driver is qualified. A nn-transferable ID card which is vehicle specific t be kept with the vehicle identifying Vehicle Access is current.

General Rules Apprval t bring a Vehicle n site must fllw the guidelines set ut in Sectin 9 f this dcument. TAC PPE Standards must be met fr site access; security shall deny entry fr nn-cnfrmance. Visitrs are nt permitted t drive in prductin areas unless authrized by relevant BUL. A list f Materials, Parts r Tls carried n their vehicle upn arrival at the Main Gate must be handed t security, n the Yellw Vehicle Security Pass. These items must cmply with the Restricted Items Plicy / Hazardus Substances and Dangerus Gds plicies respectively. Authrity must be btained frm the TAC Representative befre remving any TAC gds r equipment frm site. Cmpany Prperty Remval fr Repair r Mdificatin Frm required. Audits / Reviews f Vehicle Access will be cnducted in rder t ratinalise vehicle numbers. 5. Vehicles Vehicle access is restricted t essential vehicles nly, i.e. thse vehicles required t carry equipment, materials r persnnel. Nn-essential vehicles are nt t be brught n t the Site. Cntractrs shall wrk t minimize the number f vehicles entering the Tmag Aluminium site. Permanent Vehicles shall meet the fllwing requirements. -: Reversing Alarm audible ver a diesel engine Flashing / Rtating Amber Light t be perating at all times whilst driving n site. Cmpany Signage - All vehicles shall be clearly identified with the Cntractr s r its sub-cntractr s name. Signage may be permanent r temprary magnetic style, and must be n smaller in size than a standard

4 Page: 4 f 8 number plate (350x120mm). It is preferred that the signage is lcated n bth sides f the vehicle. Licence Cnfirmatin shall be required fr all Cntractr emplyees t drive a vehicle n site. See TAC Licence Cnfirmatin. TAC will encurage use f mini buses t transprt emplyees t and frm cntractr cmpunds and the Car park. Tmag Aluminium Cmpany shall bear n liability fr any damage r lss t vehicles f the Cntractr r its sub-cntractrs and suppliers. Cntractrs must park persnal vehicles in the Main Car Park unless instructed therwise. P Plate drivers must display their P plates whilst driving n-site as per State Gvernment Traffic Laws. L Plate drivers are nt permitted t drive n-site. Vehicle Inspectins will be perfrmed randmly by Security and it is mandatry t abide as part f yur access n-site. Refusal f inspectin will result in immediate remval frm site r denial f access t site. Persns shall ntify Tmag if their Drivers License has been revked. TAC Representatives shall d randm auditing f Driver s Licenses. 6. Site Access Areas T enable effective access cntrl each area n the site is categrized as a Supprt (External f buildings / radways arund site) r Operatinal (within the cnfines f a building r peratinal area). Access requirements fr the tw areas vary as fllws. Site Areas (Nte: Site assess des nt give access t the Prductin Areas) Thse areas that is external t any building n-site. (This des nt include the Casthuse metal strage areas) Drivers Licence cnfirmatin and TAC Vehicle Access are mandatry fr gate entry t the site and vehicle access t Supprt Znes. Minimum PPE requirement as stated in the Site/ Cntractr/Nrth gate Inductin. Plant safety rules and standards must be adhered t fr site access. Operatinal Areas. Operatinal Areas have defined pints f entry and exit. Business Unit Leaders r Business Unit reps must apprve any access f vehicles int their department.

Business Unit PPE requirements as stated in the Business Unit Inductin and signage must be adhered t fr Operatinal area access. 7. Cnditin f Vehicles The wner is respnsible fr maintaining its and its sub-cntractr s vehicles in a safe and radwrthy cnditin. All vehicles used by the drivers n the Premises shall be maintained t standards acceptable t the RTA (r relevant state authrity) and the Wrk Cver Authrity. The drivers may be asked t prvide evidence that vehicles cmply with the requirements f the NSW Occupatinal Health & Safety Act 2000 and regulatins and f the RTA (r relevant state authrity) prir t that vehicle being brught nt the Premises. Tmag Aluminium Cmpany/ TAC Representative have the right t inspect any f the Cntractr s r its sub-cntractr s,tac vehicles r delivery vehicles at any time. If such an inspectin reveals any defects which in the pinin f Tmag Aluminium Cmpany/ TAC Representative render the vehicle unsafe r unrad wrthy, the TAC Representative shall direct the vehicle cncerned be remved frm the site immediately and within a safe manner. Vehicles that are remved frm site will have their TAC Access card remved and returned t Prcurement. The wner shall pay the csts t ensure their vehicle cmplies with TAC Plicy. 8. Drivers Licence Cnfirmatin Drivers licence cnfirmatin is mandatry Persns are t shw their current drivers licence t security fr a drivers licence cnfirmatin stamp in their passprt. Persns may be asked t shw their current licence by either Security r the Business Unit Representative. 9. TAC Vehicle Access Prcedure TAC Vehicle Access Applicatin frms are send t Prcurement - Cntractr Services fr prcessing, and must be accmpanied with: Current certificatin f Registratin;

6 Page: 6 f 8 Current cmprehensive and prperty damage insurance certificate; Any ther relevant certificatin. Security can prcess a TAC Vehicle Access Applicatin frm in the event that Prcurement is unavailable, and the request meets the TAC vehicle access requirements. A bking must be made with the security team fr an inspectin. Cntact: Security fr an appintment. Upn apprval by security, Cntractr Services r Security will register it in the TAC Vehicle Access Database as an apprved vehicle. A TAC Access Card will be allcated t that vehicle which must remain with that vehicle at all times. (This card is nt transferable.) Tmag Aluminium Cmpany may amend r withdraw Vehicle Access at any time fr any reasn. Adherence t Site Plicy is mandatry; reprts f nn-cnfrmance may result in access being withdrawn. 10. Delivery Vehicles Nrth Gate / Main Gate Main Warehuse, Fd pad & Credit Unin Drivers f delivery vehicles shall underg a Nrth Gate Inductin, r applicable site access prcedure in accrdance with the Nrth Gate matrix, after which they shall be permitted t deliver gds t the Main Warehuse, Fd pad & Credit Unins nly. Any area external t these requires a full Inductin. Drivers f delivery vehicles, wh have nt undergne the necessary inductins, will nt be allwed t enter the site. Uninducted persns will reprt t Security fr instructins n delivery / cllectin f items All Permanent Delivery vehicles identified by prcurement will be required t cmply with the TAC Vehicle Access. Minimum PPE Standards must be met fr site access in accrdance with the Inductin and Plant Wide access plicy (check plicy name and number); security shall deny entry fr nn-cnfrmance. All Permanent delivery vehicles accessing site must have the fllwing minimum vehicle identificatin requirements: Flashing Amber light (fr light vehicles nly, Pantecs and abve exempt) Cmpany Name r lg clearly identified n bth sides f the vehicle

7 Page: 7 f Temprary Vehicle Request Cmpanies requiring vehicular access fr a limited time perid eg: during a prject, must apply fr a Temprary Vehicle Card. A Numbered Card will be issued t each vehicle n entry t the site. This card is t be returned at the end f the prject. At the end f the temprary perid the vehicle infrmatin is archived. Any future vehicle access will require reapplicatin. Applicatin fr a Temprary Vehicle Card fllws the TAC Vehicle Access Prcedure and a terminatin date must als be submitted. Temprary Vehicles shall meet the fllwing requirements. -: Flashing / Rtating Amber Light t be perating at all times whilst driving n site. Cmpany Signage - All vehicles shall be clearly identified with the Cntractr s name. Signage may be permanent r temprary magnetic style, and must be n smaller in size than a standard number plate (350x120mm). It is preferred that the signage is lcated n bth sides f the vehicle. In the event f a temprary vehicle requiring access t TAC site, security will have access t lan flashing lights that are t be attached t the vehicle. These are nly available fr shrt term lan and it is the respnsibility f the vehicle wners t btain their wn. 12. Traffic Rules All f the Cntractr s wrkfrce must be familiar with the Tmag Aluminium Cmpany n site traffic regulatins in accrdance with Plant Safety Rules. Any breach f these traffic regulatins may be deemed by the TAC Representative t be miscnduct, r incmpetence r negligence n the part f the persn cncerned. Any breach ccurrence will result in the remval frm site until issue reslved. Breaches will be reprted t Safety Cntractr c-rdinatr and relevant Prcurement fficer. 13.
