The ppulatins f ysters sled in the markets were ranged <2~ MPN/100 g frm April t Nvember in In the case f ysters added with V. parahaemlyticus f CFU/100 g, the highest ppulatin numbers were CFU/100 g, CFU/100 g and CFU/100 g at 36 C after culturing fr 15 hurs, at 25 C after 15 hurs and at 4 C after 15 hurs, respectively. But the difference f the ppulatins f V. parahaemlticus in ysters stred in the icebx with ice fr bulked sale and displayed in stalls n ice fr the small packaged sale was nt significant. In the case f ysters carried with ambient temperature at 30.8 C, the V. parahaemlyticus density was dramatically increased frm t MPN/100 g. It was indicated it is imprtant t carry the ysters t hme with ice after purchase. Even after the washing tw times with 2 l tap water, the cmmn cking methd in Krea was nt greately make the decrease f V. parahaemlyticus density frm MPN/100 g t MPN/100 g. S it is nticed t stred in lw temperature after cking, especially in ht seasns.
