All projets must omply with the guidelines estlished s prt of the 2014 Cmpus Identity Projet SUSTAINABLE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS 1. LEED Certifition d e All new uildings, dditions nd mjor renovtions shll e designed suh tht the projet ould e ertified under the U.S Green Building Counils LEED system. The Arhitet for ll new uildings, dditions nd mjor renovtions shll reommend to the projet mnger whih LEED rting system(s) will e pplied to the projet design for their pprovl. Universl Design Universl Design prties must e explored nd ppropritely integrted into the design of ll new uilding nd mjor renovtions. In ddition, universl design onepts should e pplied to ll smll nd medium projet designs s prtil. 3. Qulity of Life Rooms All new uilding, dditions, nd mjor renovtions shll provide spe for nursing mothers. The spe shll e shielded from view nd free from intrusion from oworkers nd the puli. The room shll provide the ility to e seured nd if equipped with windows, shll provide window tretments tht n e losed to lok externl view.
