This battery cmbines the expert knw-hw f Renault and LG Chem t ptimize energy density. Battery perfrmance is ptimized nt by adding mre mdules but by imprving the chemistry f the battery cells. 4 A high energy efficiency engine Master Z.E. is fitted with ZOE's 57kW/76hp R75 (nt in UK) high energy efficiency electric engine. This engine, tried and tested n ZOE and Kang Z.E., makes Master Z.E. ideal fr use in and arund the city. Master Z.E.'s maximum speed is 62 mph. Activating Ec Mde extends the range by limiting engine perfrmance slwer acceleratin, maximum speed limited t 80 km/h (50 mph). It's built in France at the Renault Clén site, the Grup's flagship facility fr manufacturing engines and gearbxes f high added value. Cnnected services t check the range and lcate charge pints My Z.E. Cnnect lets yu view the vehicle's range n a smartphne r cmputer cnnected t internet. Z.E. Trip lcates all the charge pints in the main Eurpean cuntries n the vehicle's R-LINK navigatin system. Z.E. Pass is a single access/payment means giving access t mst public charge pints in Eurpe frm smartphnes and tablets. Master is n 3 in its segment in Eurpe. 97,000 Renault Master were sld wrldwide in The Master Z.E. electric versin supplements this range with a vehicle that is particularly suited t urban areas, including last-mile deliveries. Master Z.E. is a great partner fr business users wrking in urban areas, thanks in particular t the ptinal Wide View mirrr ne f the vehicle's strng pints the reversing camera (with a screen built int the inside rear-view mirrr) r reversing radar. Master Z.E.'s cab still prvides maximum cmfrt fr the driver and frnt passengers and features a genuine mbile ffice space with a dashbard swivel table and dcument hlder, as well as a large number f ergnmic strage cmpartments. The Master Z.E. range includes 6 versins t meet the wide-ranging needs f business users (3 lengths, 2 heights). The fur van versins feature an 8 13m 3 lad space and a paylad f 1 t 1,1 tn. The lad area is identical t that f the internal-cmbustin versin, since the battery's ptimized dimensins allw it t be fitted under the bdywrk. The paylad fulfils the requirements f mst business users: In additin, Master Z.E.'s lad bed height is amng the lwest in this segment (54 56cm) and the ptinal 270-degree dr penings help with lading and unlading. Renault guarantees this system's security in respect f vehicle data. 7 Partnerships with the best-knwn telematics service prviders t meet each cmpany's requirements Renault Pr+ Olivier Martin Gambier Because business users' requirements differ widely depending n their trade, because there are s many different trades and cuntry-specific needs, Renault partners with Telematics Service Prviders (TSPs*) t develp tls that are relevant t each business activity. Renault sends the vehicle data t these TSPs via secure servers. The TSPs can then prcess this data and use it t prvide relevant services t the custmers. This allws Renault EASY CONNECT fr Fleet t prvide bth flexibility and cmpatibility: Business users wh dn't yet have a telematics service fr their business can find the best slutin fr their trade amng the partnering TSPs' ranges and manage their fleet f Renault vehicles. Business users wh have already implemented a partnering TSP's telematics service can add Renault Easy Fleet Cnnect t send the data frm their Renault vehicles. Many partnerships: Thrugh its subsidiary RCI Bank and Services, Grupe Renault is setting up a new and innvative service fr business custmers: Fleet Asset and Tracking Management. This slutin will grup all the infrmatin required fr peratinal fleet management: detailed financial services, real-time vehicle data, gelcatin and ec-driving. Available n all digital media, this ttally new service is based n the needs expressed by PC and LCV fleet custmers, wh als prvided input during develpment. It will be launched in Eurpe and Latin America frm secnd-quarter Renault is als develping partnerships with Fleetmatics, Kuantic, Masternaut, Optimum Autmtive Grup / Mapping Cntrl, Telgis and TmTm Telematics, in rder t give custmers access t a wide range f prven services, reflecting their diverse requirements. Other partnerships are currently under discussin with a view t expanding the ffering still further. 8 Master Z.E. is prduced at Renault's Batilly plant, wrking with PVI Renault's Batilly plant manufactures Master, the leading large van in its segment SVAB (Sciété des Véhicules Autmbiles de Batilly) is a whlly-wned subsidiary f the Renault grup, specializing right frm its beginnings in assembling large vans. The plant was inaugurated in 1980 and started prducing Master I, then Trafic I frm Frm 1997 t 2010, the plant was prducing the secnd-generatin Master. Then in 2010, it started prducing New Master in ver 350 versins and 300 clurs. This vehicle's industrial-scale custmizatin is made pssible by the expertise and knw-hw f its 2,200 emplyees (as f December 31, 2017). Extensive lcal integratin means 3,000 full-time equivalents wrk indirectly fr SVAB in Lrraine, making this Renault site the largest private-sectr emplyer in France's Meurthe-et-Mselle département. It is als the nly large-van manufacturing facility f any brand t prduce in France, with 84% f its tier-1 suppliers als lcated in France. Grupe Renault cntinues t invest each year t mdernize this industrial facility, which breathes ecnmic life int the regin where it is lcated. The plant prduces fr the Renault, Renault Trucks, Nissan and Opel brands. It has prduced ver 2.5 millin vehicles since Master has the highest sales in its segment in France and third-highest in Eurpe. RVI is respnsible fr the electrificatin f Master Z.E. Renault acquired the French cmpany PVI (Pwer Vehicle Innvatin) in 2017 and re-branded it RVI (Renault Vehicle Innvatin). RVI specializes in cnverting industrial vehicles t electric r natural gas peratin. This acquisitin means Grupe Renault can speed up its LCV electrificatin strategy. All-time recrd sales wrldwide in 2017, with 463,000 LCVs sld by Grupe Renault (up 4.1% vs 2016). 332,000 vehicles sld in Eurpe: a recrd since 2001 and a 16% market share. Leading markets: France (31.8% market share), Prtugal (20.7%) and Spain (19%). 131,000 vehicles sld ut f Eurpe (28% f LCVs). LCVs sld in ver 110 cuntries, with key markets in Eurpe, Brazil, Argentina, Mrcc, Turkey, Australia and Rmania.
