Until title of the goos has passe to the Customer pursuant to the terms hereof, it shall posses the goos as a bailee of the supplier on the terms of this contract. Risk shall pass to the Customer so that the Customer is responsible for all loss, amage or eterioration to the goos at the time the goos arrive at the place of elivery if the Supplier elivers the goos by its own transport or if the Supplier arranges transport of the goos.
