2 TERMS & CONITIONS SIPPING All shipments are F.O.B. factory unless otherwise indicated. As per customers requested method of shipping on purchase order. PRICING All prices are suggested list prices F.O.B. our warehouse and is exclusive of, shipping, installation, or State and local taxes. ORER INFORMATION ClubLine Office Furniture is exclusively distributed by CRG. Send all orders or inquiries to: TRANSIT AMAGE AN CLAIMS All products are packed to comply with carrier requirements. All shipments must be carefully inspected for visible and concealed damage upon arrival. All visible damage must be noted on the carrier receipt and signed by the delivery driver. If damage is noted, request an immediate inspection by the carrier. Processing claims for damages and shortages are the responsibility of the buyer. CRG must be notified in writing within hours of any transit damage. At no time can claims be deducted from CRG invoices. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from transit, alteration, misuse and or abuse. SALES POLICY All CRG product catalogs and price lists remain the property of CRG. Possession of catalog or price list does not in itself constitute an offer to sell. Orders can be received only from authorized CRG dealers. TERMS ritten orders are accepted from accounts of record and, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, will be invoiced upon shipment of product. Orders exceeding $50,000 net require initial down payment of %. Payment terms are net days from date of invoice for accounts with established terms. A service change of -.5% per month, 8% per annum, will be added to all past due accounts. Orders will not be processed until the amount due and any applicable service charges are paid in full. NE ACCOUNTS Initial order must be accompanied by credit history (bank with account numbers, minimum three trade references) and 50% deposit. Order will be immediately released but will not be shipped until full payment is received or credit is established. To facilitate initial order delivery, you may wish to include full prepayment. Resale certificate must be on file. ORER ACKNOLEGMENT Upon review and approval, your order will be acknowledged and identified by a sales order number. Your acknowledgment is a detailed description of our interpretation of your order, pricing, shipping information, and estimated shipping date. Please read your acknowledgment carefully and notify us immediately if changes are required. Unless corrections are received within 2 working days we shall consider the order correctly entered. STORAGE Any order remaining in CRG s shipping department seven calendar days following notification of completion will be subject to storage charges. MANUFACTURING EFECTS Claims of manufacturing defects will not be considered without prior inspection by a CRG representative. Factory authorization must be obtained prior to acceptance of any repair charges. Unauthorized deduction in payment of invoices will not be permitted. RETURN SIPMENTS CRG will not accept return of merchandise without a signed RA (return authorization) form. All product authorized for return must be properly packaged and protected to avoid freight damage. s must be received by CRG in saleable condition. Authorized return of standard product is subject to a 40% restocking charge. The customer is liable for all freight charges. PROUCT CANGES CRG reserves the right to change construction, dimension, style or specification of any product in the CRG line at its discretion without prior notification. ORER INFORMATION All Purchase Orders must indicate the following: Quantity Model Number Laminate selection Customer approved drawing (if required) Configuration layout (if required) Options and Accessories Price Special instructions (key locks alike, side marking, etc.) Shipping: ealer ill Call or CRG will ship best way (unless shipping instructions are given) Special Quote number (if provided) CUSTOM CAPABILITY In addition to providing a broad spectrum of quality case goods, conference, reception and seating options, CRG maintains a highly qualified Custom Contract epartment. CRG can assist in the design and production of numerous custom pieces. Our resources and quality level of craftsmanship provide the assurance that CRG has the experienced capability to successfully respond to the custom opportunities created by the Architect and esign community. CRG will carefully review your ideas and designs and prepare a cost proposal for your consideration. The feasibility and cost effectiveness of each project depends upon quantity and lead time considerations. Preliminary drawings may be submitted for early feasibility evaluations. Finalized drawings must be submitted with all custom production orders. CANGE ORERS Changes to accepted orders can be costly and will be governed by CRG s ability to comply. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the request however additional charges and administrative costs may be assessed. All requests for changes must be made in writing. CANCELLATIONS Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Acceptance of an order by CRG is final and binding and not subject to cancellation without the written consent of CRG.
