Available with transparent or white doors. With lock set installation the board can be locked. Home distribution boards can easily be built in and already have a DIN rail installed for easier and quicker mounting of module devices. Terminal blocks for PE and N conductors are attached as standard for all distribution boards. 3 Distribution boards Description DIDO ECG are flush-mounted compact distribution boxes. They are suitable for installation in homes, schools and commercial buildings. They are suitable for installation in homes, schools and commercial buildings. Main characteristics of DIDO Global: n wall box class II: all insulated, serial cable strain relief, line entrance from above and below with snap lock n device cover: removable plastic plate, 12+2 MU device recesses (1MU=17.5 mm) for each row, can be leaded n Surface levelling frame and door: levelling is possible to offset surface unevenness of up to 18 mm. Closing of the door is possible with rotating closing latch. Additionally it is possible to order a lock-set SSGL-S in order to be able to lock the door. 7 Line-up terminals Accessories Installation channels IKP S In construction of distribution and switching equipment as well as in construction of electrical wiring there are various systems of either connection or wiring. The usage of wiring systems is increasing because they enable rapid intervention in the plant, i.e. substitution of conductors in case of failure. The advantage of wiring by means of plastic channels is the reduction of the assembly time to a minimum, space saving as well as aesthetic appearance. Channels are made of hard PVC and are resistant against acids, lyes and other chemicals. Constant temperature resistance is up to 60 C. Channels IKP consist of the lower part where the conductors are inserted and covers. The holes cut out from the side wall of the lower part of the channel are designed for the branching of the conductors to individual instruments. These holes are cut out so as to ease the insertion of conductor. In case a larger hole is required it could be enlarged with removal of the intermediate wall. The colour of channels is RAL Material is self-extinguished according to UL 94 V-0 and can be used for ship-building. While drilling holes, take care not to damage electrical wires. n When the board is fixed, attach a meter using bolts with sliding nuts. n Fasten the wires in the terminals and position the protective cover. The built-in elements are installed on the mounting rails with width of 35 mm which shall be mounted in the distance of 125 mm. Description - UPO covering consists of terminal plates that should be fixed on mounting rails, and flat and corner profiles, which are click-on mounted on the terminal plates. The space between rows of apparatuses is covered by a flat profile. Upper and lower rows of devices should be covered by corner profile.
