This has been specifically designed fr cgeneratin applicatins, which are characterized by lw temperatures (cndensing applicatin) and high pressures. This new range will cexist with ur current DINAK DWhp range fr a yet undefined perid f time. The selectin f the range t be used will mainly depend n the characteristics f the installatin, always giving pririty t the usage f the new DWhp 2.0 range n thse critical installatins where it is essential t pay special attentin t the system sizing because f its layut and the appliance characteristics. 3 ADVANTAGES OF THE NEW DWhp 2.0 RANGE IN COMPARISON WITH THE DWhp RANGE The main advantages f the new DWhp 2.0 range in cmparisn with the current DWhp range are the fllwing: 1. The new range is detachable. This characteristic allws the inspectin and check up f the cnnectin pints between items, in case f a system breakdwn r apparitin f leakages. 2. The tightness f chimney is guaranteed by means f an inner jint lcated n the inner wall. As this avids the use f sealant, it is nt required t wait 48 hurs fr it t dry and the system can be started up right after the installatin. 3. Aesthetic finishing. The lcking band f the new range will be wider than the current design, s it will nt stand ut in cmparisn t the uter wall. Fr this reasn, it will be perfectly integrated with the whle range, imprving the final finishing f the systems. FEATURES 1. Design: Inner wall: The inner wall is butt welded and identical t the SWHP range. In ther wrds, it is a SW wall with an uter jint and an uter lcking band. Outer wall: The uter wall is als butt welded and their ends are 40 mm shrter than the inner wall, s that the installatin f the uter jint and the uter lcking band n the inner wall can be easily carried ut. Besides, the uter wall includes a special jint that prevents the water frm entering int the cnnectin area between the tw items. Special jint (004) Outer jint (003) Outer lcking band (703) 2. Installatin: In cmparisn t the installatin f the current DWhp range, the steps are slightly different and are described in detail n the fficial instructins fr the installatin f the range Straight length with expansin belw (209) Descriptin A new item has been develped fr this new DWhp 2.0 range: item 209. This is a straight length with expansin belw with an installed length f 265 mm. This piece cmes with an expansin belw n its inner wall which will absrb any pssible expansin. It shall be always installed befre a cnsle plate, s that this can act as fixed pint, letting the belw absrb the expansins. Installatin criteria The installatin f item 209 will have t fulfill the fllwing criteria: In straight sectins, a 209 shall always be installed each 10 meters. A 209 must always be installed befre each elbw r ffset. Fitting between items Due t its new characteristics, we have develped item 710. This is a Cnnectin kit which incrprates all the elements required fr each cnnectin: Lcking band fr uter wall Lcking band fr inner wall External jint Insulatin under lcking band In rder t secure in place the insulatin that has t be under the lcking band (007), it will be required t apply a band f adhesive type n bth ends, as detailed in the installatin

5 instructins. Therefre, it is necessary t include in each rder a rll f adhesive tape, cde RP, which is enugh t d maximum f 600 cnnectins. This clrless neutral silicne, cde , must be included n every rder including adjustable lengths. Criteria Each sealant bttle is enugh t seal the uter sectin f: 9 large adjustable length (022), and 12 shrt adjustable length (023)

6 Supprts The nly available supprts fr the new DWhp 2.0 range are the flat wall supprt. Therefre, in rder t supprt the weight f the risers, it will be always required t include sme type f fixing device fr their supprt, such as base supprts. CRITERIA FOR THE CHIMNEY SIZING Althugh the designatin f the DWHP 2.0 range is T200 H1, these installatins are usually characterized by their difficult wrking envirnments. Therefre, we have had t limit the maximum wrking pressure, keeping the current standards f ur DWhp range: Nn-cndensing cnditins: Cndensing cnditins: Pa 500 Pa PRICE Our new DWhp 2.0 range will be a ±10 % mre expensive than the current DWhp range.
