Any discrepancy to this specification must be approved by the Corporation of the Municipality of Hastings Highlands prior to its acceptance. The lowest or any tender/quotation not necessarily accepted; The Municipality of Hastings Highlands reserves the right to cancel the Request for Proposal (RFP) at any point in the process without liability. Evaluation of RFP Package: The RFP Package will be checked for compliance to the RFP request and a compliant RFP will be evaluated as below, but not necessarily in that order: a. Vehicle specifications outlined; b. Qualifications and good references; c. Dealer authorized by manufacturer to sell, service and provide warranty; d. Service Availability; e. Delivery timelines; f. 2 Delivery Date Time is of the essence. In order to determine the realistic timelines from date of award to delivery of vehicles, the selected Bidder will update the Municipality with progress reports on a regular basis. If required, an alternate delivery date will be mutually agreed upon.
