Yd. capacity, 84 inside width, minimum 24 high sides, with heavy duty side boards. head sheet, and tailgate minimum 32 high with ½ cab shield, painted Grey. Asphalt shield. Include mud flaps. Automatic tarp, controlled from a switch in the cab. Sides and head sheet One piece sides and head sheet to be 10 gauge with smooth sides 10 gauge boxed top rail and bottom rub rail seamless and sloped outward. Full height tapered front corner posts with 2 side board pockets, 10 gauge full depth 5 ¾ x 12 rear apron reinforced with ¼ plate to strengthen latch assembly. 4 Heavy duty, 4 wide, ratcheting tie downs welded to the bed side close to the bottom on the outside. Filter will be spin on element with 1 1/4' NPT ports mounted as close as possible to the reservoir. By pass and condition gauge are required. Reservoir shall be 30 gallon minimum capacity screened fill neck, sight glass and temperature gauge, magnetic drain pump and suction screen, mounted to side of truck frame. Appropriate size hydraulic hoses plumbed to external lower right rear of bed for spreader and plumbed to front bumper with 2 excess hose for plow operation, all with universal ball type quick connect ends. Hydraulic drive motor is 1.21 CIR geroler type. Liquid pump is a RPM gear type of corrosion resistant materials with carbon graphite bearings. All tubing is stainless steel with corrosion resistant JIC fittings. Liquid output is controlled by an adjustable flow control valve on the hydraulic drive motor input. Flow divider valve is manually adjustable with control from zero to maximum flow for increasing or decreasing saturation of granular material. Cab mounted controls: On/off switch with power indicator. High pressure and tank empty indicator lights with audible alarm. Heavy duty wiring harness from cab to pump. Weather and corrosion resistant sealed connectors with protective caps. Reservoirs: (2) 75 gallon rotation molded medium density polyethylene tanks with 5 diameter cap. Replaceable screen line strainers. Corrosion resistant shut off valves. Reservoir tank is angle formed, internal baffle, to be mounted to each side of the slip in v-box salt/sander.
