One year parts and labor warranty for the Bucket/Lift Unit: Bumper to Bumper (i.e. the entire unit) MATERIAL HANDLING JIB AND WINCH: The material handling function includes a jib and winch that are positioned on the street side of the boom The jib is hydraulically controlled to allow the operator to position the load vertically with a control valve located at the upper control valve. The jib pole is hydraulically adjusted to position the length of the reach required A load chart near the operators control station informs the operator of the jib and boom carrying capacities Depending on boom and jib configuration up to 2,000 lbs of winch and jib capacity is available The jib assembly shall be independent of the basket leveling system. The hydraulic jib cylinder shall include its own holding valve, which prevents cylinder creep and to lock the cylinder in the event of hydraulic hose failure. Hydraulic activated outriggers with flat shoes shall be attached to the frame of the chassis at the rear of the body A sub frame attached to the frame of the truck shall secure the outriggers and the aerial lift to form one integral mount The outriggers shall have a minimum vertical travel clearance of 14 Outriggers shall be capable of extending to a 145 spread The outrigger legs shall consist of inner and outer telescoping structural tubing Adjustable, polyethylene wear pads, to prevent wear and vibration during road transport shall center the inner and outer tubes Controls for each cylinder will be supplied and mounted at the rear of the chassis so the outrigger legs can be seen when in use. Outrigger Motion Alarm The completed unit shall be certified, as passing A.N.S.I. A92.2 stabilization tests with the use of two sets of outriggers and successful bidder shall demonstrate these capabilities upon delivery.
