14 Step 1: Ask Questons via phone or You may still have lots of questions. We are here to answer them and work with you to make sure that the decision is the right one for you and for us. Step 2: Set up a meeting to meet the people behind the brand or proceed to the next step We can schedule a Skype video conference call with one of our Franchise Managers and or the Franchisor directly to answer any other questions or you can visit our head office in Melbourne. Interviews can also be conducted in your city if the Head Office team is interstate. Your request for a franchise must be approved by our executive team. Step 3: Receive our Franchise Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement Once you have elected to proceed you are required to pay a fully refundable deposit of $5000 and we ll send you an with our disclosure documents and franchise agreement prepared by our solicitor. We are members of the Franchise Council of Australia. Pursuant to the Franchising Code of Conduct, we are required to provide every new franchisee with a copy of the Disclosure Document and the Code at least 14 days prior to the Franchise Agreement being entered into. This gives you all the time required to make sure all your questions have been answered and to determine if the Geowash opportunity suits your ideal business goals. Franchise Disclosure Documents are essential in providing you with all the information needed to make an informed decision regarding the Geowash franchise opportunity. If after reviewing the documents within the 14 days you elect not to proceed, or if your application is not approved then your deposit is refunded in full. The deposit is to ensure we only deal with serious applicants. Step 4: Signing the franchise agreement and payment of establishment fees You ll need to sign, date and return the Franchise Agreement at the end of the 14 day disclosure period. You will be required to pay the remainder of your franchise establishment fees of $33,500 (GST inclusive) Step 5: 7 Days cooling off At the end of the 7 Day cooling off period we can commence getting your store selection and opening process.
