4 GOODYEAR TIRE & SERVICE NETWORK ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS To take advantage of Tire & Service Network Program benefits, you must meet the following criteria. Read through each requirement and check off boxes for the elements that apply to your business today. Dealers agree to participate in the 2019 Goodyear Tire & Service Network Marketing Program and agree to be billed monthly at the cost noted for their selection of services for the full billing period of March 2019 through February 28, There will be no cancellation until the renewal date.
