B.:- (A) The Corporation will held reverse auction on the offer received from the bidders after the opening of the commercial bid and as per reverse auction, the lowest rates received from the bidders against the reverse auction which will be applicable.

5 IMPORTANT CONDITION : 1) PAYMENT TERM: (1) Standard Payment Term : 100% payment on 30 day after acceptance of material. (Accepted / Not Accepted) (2 ) Advance Payment Term : 2 % CD for 100% payment against delivery on receipt of material. (Accepted / Not Accepted) (3 ) Advance Payment Term : % CD (more than 2 % ) for 100% payment against delivery on receipt of material. (New entrant / T & T / who has not supplied their material to GSRTC during last 3 years shall not be allowed to opt for advance payment term under any circumstances). Note :- (1) If "O% " (Zero) CD mentioned in column of Cash Discount of the Tender Schedule A, it will be considered as a standard payment term. (2) If 2 % or more CD mentioned in column of Cash Discount of the Tender schedule A, it will be considered as a advance payment term 2) FIRM PRICE CONDITION: No price increase will be granted & the quoted rate shall be firm till completion of supply, subject to Govt. Taxes / Duties. 3) Rate quoted must be on FREE DELIVERY TO CENTRAL WORKSHOP BASIS. Corporation will not pay any FRIEGHT OR PACKING - FORWARDING CHARGE EXTRA or provide any facility for lifting of Chassis/bus. 4) Tin No. if VAT applicable, (please give your tax identification number at here). 5) Excise tariff No : 6) Note : 1 Cash discount must be in %age only.
